Hire your AI chief of staff

A personal AI that knows your business and helps you run it, your life and your week.

Most business owners using AI are still typing one-off questions into a chat box. This hour is about the other way to work: an AI chief of staff that knows your business, your plan and how you decide, and gets done the jobs you don't want to do. Some people call this an AI operating system. I call it hiring the help you've been putting off.

I'll show you mine at work: what it knows, where it keeps it, the jobs I've handed it across the business and outside it, and how the pieces fit together behind the scenes. You'll leave knowing what's actually possible and how an AI set up this way works.

It's free, it's online, and it's an hour. If you want your own, I'll walk you through the ways to get it set up with me: Agent Camp, two days in Darwin on 09/12 and 10/12, the AI Operator cohort, an in-company programme for your team, or the AI Operators Club.
